Project completed at De Jong Kozijnen in Oosterhout.

We are proud to present our recently realized installation: a Monorail 240,000 system at De Jong Kozijnen. This new solution marks an important step in optimizing production processes within the window frame industry.

A key component of this project is the updated workflow in two spray booths, where a fully automated spraying process with robotic technology has been implemented. The traverse beam automatically enters the spray booth, where the robot sprays the first side of the window frame. As soon as the robot completes the spraying process, it immediately switches to spraying the next traverse beam. As a result, the transport time within our conveyor system is completely reduced to zero.

With this new way of working, we are taking an important step together with De Jong Kozijnen B.V. toward an even more efficient and streamlined production process, with quality and reliability at the core.
